Is it cheaper to buy tickets at the door?

No, prices are the same in advance or at the door unless website specifies that there is an increase day of show.  Plus, you always avoid the risk of a sellout.

Can I transfer my Will Call tickets to someone else?

SOME SHOWS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Some shows we allow you to transfer tix.  DO NOT BUY FROM SCALPERS as they sell tix that are not transferable and you eat the cost and are still not allowed in the venue.

They need to have the print out of the original confirmation email, along with photocopied driver license of purchaser with a note that says, “I Tim (Photocopied Drivers License) am giving my tickets to Julie”. “Tim” and “Julie” are just examples. Please use the appropriate names in your note. Interesting notes receive a higher grade.

What is Will Call?

Will Call is actually our secret code word for the place where you check in for the show. We don’t actually have physical tickets for our shows, we keep everyone’s name on the Will Call list so we can check you when you get to the show. It’s not actually the physical box office outside, it will be either inside or outside the front door to the left of the box office.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive your confirmation email give us a call at 214-824-9933 or email us at management@granadatheater.com. We can double check that you entered the correct email address and resend your confirmation email.

I am having trouble with buying tickets online. What should I try?

One problem we have encountered is when customers try to buy tickets but their billing address doesn’t match their credit card. If this happens then our ticketing system will not process your order. Make sure you know your correct billing address before you buy tickets on our website. If you need more assistance please call the office M-F, 9am-6pm at 214-824-9933.

How much is the service fee and why do you have it?

Service fees vary from show to show. They can range from $3-$6, which we try to keep low so that shows are more affordable for you. We have service fees to cover the cost of paying our ticket processor, credit card processor and cotton candy processor.

I bought 14 GA tickets but only 7 of us are here…you don’t have physical tickets for GA? Can you just give me the wristbands then? No? Well I’m not sure of everyone’s name so what should I do?

As long as the rest of the party know the name the tickets are under & the order number, they’ll be able to claim the rest of the tickets. Even if they show up 2 hours late.

Do you sell tickets any other way than online?

Yes, if you would like to buy your tickets in person just visit the box office any night we have a show. The box office usually opens right when the doors open. Doors usually open an hour before the show starts. If you have any doubts just check the door time on the website. If you still need help call us at 214-824-9933.

It looks like my credit card was charged twice?

If you entered the wrong billing information when you were buying tickets then you would have received an error message. Even though it was not processed, the charge will still show as pending for 3-5 days and then will release. If you have any doubts or questions please call us at 214-824-9933.

What type of payment does Granada Theater accept?

We don’t accept bead necklaces or cowhides but the box office accepts CASH, VISA, Master Card, and Discover.  No AMEX. The bars also accept CASH, VISA, American Express, Discover and Master Card. The Merchandise counter typically only accepts CASH. An ATM is located inside the club.
